Featured on the menu will be shredded lamb shoulder hirata buns with Korean chili and pickled cucumber; steaming bowls of Tokyo-style soy ramen with cha shu pork, bamboo shoots and soft egg or miso ramen with corn, spring onion and sesame seeds. Lighter bites will include prawn and asparagus gyoza with chili ponzu and a selection of Japanese-inspired salads such as edamame and mixed beans with chili and bonito flakes. For dessert, you can sample daily changing tsubo pots such as chocolate soy and vanilla peanut or dori yaki pancakes with various fillings like tonka bean cream. An instant vitamin kick will be available in the form of nutritious fresh juices such as pear & avocado or ginger & beetroot, as alternatives to the Shochu cocktail list.
